These terms apply when you buy or use a subscription from Lux IPTV UK, operated by [Company legal name] (company number [number], registered address [address]). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. The service
We provide access to live TV channels and on-demand content streamed over the internet for private, personal viewing in the UK. Channel line-ups and content may change from time to time as licensing agreements change.
2. Your order
Your contract with us starts when we email you your login details. Each plan runs for the period you choose (for example 1, 3, 6 or 12 months) from activation. Plans are one-off payments and do not renew automatically.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout.
4. Acceptable use
- Your subscription is for your own household and the number of connections you paid for.
- You must not share, resell, record, rebroadcast or publicly show the service or your login details.
- You must not try to get around any technical limits of the service.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Equipment and internet
You need a compatible device and a stable broadband connection (we recommend at least 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K). We are not responsible for problems caused by your internet provider, home network or device.
6. Availability
We work hard to keep the service running at all times, but there may occasionally be interruptions for maintenance or reasons outside our control. If a significant outage affects your subscription, contact us and we will put things right.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Please see our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
